Colson Kelly (aka Machine Gun Kelly) is a rap musician with a distinct style. Baker, who was born 22nd April 1990 in Houston Texas U.S. to a family with English Scottish and German ancestry, is renowned for his unique style of rapping. His parents are missionaries. Through his initial years Baker, he frequently traveled with his parents. The dad James Colson Baker struggled with depression and unemployed while his mother Sonia Alane left them when he was nine. Baker moved to Denver together with his father and stayed for some time. Baker's inability to pay for school was a reason to be bullied by children in the area. He started listening to rap when he was in sixth grade. Colson Baker, better known as Machine Gun Kelly, was born in Texas on April 22, 1990. The artist is famous for mixing modern and alternative hip-hop with rock music in his compositions. Prior to getting signed to Bad Boy Records Baker released four mixtapes between 2007 and 2010. In late 2011, this Cleveland rapper became a household name after he transitioned from self-releasing his mixtapes, and then signing with reputable labels. From there his career skyrocketed with each of his albums reaching the top 10 charts.
